1. Definitions

Personal Data – any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Processing – any operation or set of operations which is performed on Personal Data or on sets of Personal Data.
Data subject – a natural person whose Personal Data is being Processed.
Child – a natural person under 18 years of age.
I/me/my (either capitalized or not) – Owner of the Site.
User/you/your (either capitalized or not) – anyone using the Site.

I promise to follow the following data protection principles:

  • Processing is lawful, fair, transparent. Our Processing activities have lawful grounds. I always consider your rights before Processing Personal Data. I will provide you information regarding Processing upon request.

  10. Right for the help of supervisory authority – meaning you have the right for the help of a supervisory authority and the right for other legal remedies such as claiming damages.

This might be your e-mail address, name, billing address, home address etc – mainly information that is necessary for delivering you a product/service or to enhance your customer experience with us. 7. How I secure your data

I do my best to keep your Personal Data safe.  I use safe protocols for communication and transferring data (such as HTTPS). I use anonymising and pseudonymising where suitable. I monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks.

Even though we try our best I can not guarantee the security of information. However, I promise to notify suitable authorities of data breaches. I will also notify you if there is a threat to your rights or interests. I will do everything we reasonably can to prevent security breaches and to assist authorities should any breaches occur.

If you have an account with me, note that you have to keep your username and password secret.

Children

I do not intend to collect or knowingly collect information from children. I do not target children with our services.

9. Commenting Policy

The Site may sometimes allow a User to publish a comment as a response to content being provided on the Site. Any Personal Data being provided by a User in association with their comment, such as their Name and/or Contact Information, is considered to have been provided with explicit consent of being published.

Currently, all comments are reviewed by the Site before being published, to ensure that no Personal Data is published without the explicit consent of the Individual to which the Personal Data relates. In the event that inappropriate Personal Data is provided by a User when submitting a comment, the Site reserves the right to not publish said comment.
